Open a New Account for US Retailers

DOWNLOAD CREDIT APPLICATION
1. Please fill out the credit application form.
2. Please note that all required information(#1 & #2) must be submitted to
EZBOXCO via fax 516-932-1723.
3. Subsequently, EZBOXCO will contact you and notify your new account approval.
Order & Payment
After the approval notification your orders can be placed as you wish. We would
like to encourage all our customers to order online(www.wholesaleboxdepot.com) and take advantages of its
easy, fast and the safest way to ensure your orders. We also accept fax, and
phone orders within our business hours from 9 am to 6 pm, Eastern time, Monday
through Friday. Please note that if you order before or after our business
hours, please leave your name, phone number, and the detailed order that you
would like to place and our representatives will return back to you as soon as
possible.
Also, using online credit card payment is the best, quickest
and easiest way to submit your payment. Money orders and Paypal are our
suggested secondary payment methods as well.
