1. EZBOX delivers only domestic U.S.
2. When you cancel or change the order within 24 hours from placing order, you will not be responsible for the charges
3. If your order is received before 3 PM. (EST), it will be processed the same day. If you use your Credit Card(Payment by Google Checkout™), it will take 24 hours or less, to verify the information and to start the shipping process.
4. Shipping is done through UPS within USA.

 UPS Ground usually takes 1-5 business day
 You may check with UPS to track your shipment.
 To receive your order, you must provide a complete and valid mailing address.
 We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses.
 Any orders over $250 invalue will require signature.
5. You may also advise us of any special shipping requirements or instructions during checkout.
6. The Billing Address and Shipping Address has to match.
 In case it does not match, we have to receive an Authorization from the Credit Card company or the Bank.
If we do not receive the Authorization from Google Checkout™, Google or EZbox will try to contact you by e-mail or call within 24 hours after receiving your order, otherwise your order will be cancelled.
