1. Return Policy starts as soon as the ordered merchandise is shipped.
2. When you cancel or change an order within 24 hours from placing order, you will not be responsible for the charges.
3. If you return the merchandise without prior notification to us, you will be charged 25% for Restocking Fee.
4. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us by phone or e-mail within
3 days of receipt of merchandise for instructions. If we do not receive any notification within 3 days,
EZbox will assume that you are satisfied with your order.
EZbox will not be responsible for any problems that arise after that period.
EZbox is responsible for following problems

item has a crack or is broken

item has stain larger than 1/2 inch

wrong item has been shipped

incorrect number of item has been shipped

Damaged items can only be replaced by an identical item
Following are not responsibilities of EZbox

Stain that you can clean a stain that is smaller the 1/2 inch that was made while manufacturing

Color is different from the image on picture and you do not like it

Parts that was not shown on picture has hooks or finish that is not satisfactory

The strength of the hinges of the boxes that opens and closes is not what you expected

Holes, inserts and/or holding mechanics do not fit your stock items

Packing box may be different depending on manufacturing time, and is not a reason for exchange or refund

Simply you do not want it
5. Measurements on website are estimated for your convenience only.
The size difference of 1 inch(plus, minus) can not be a reason for return.
And part where it is indicated as zero in, it is due to information that is not available to us
or not able to measure, and therefore EZbox is not responsible.

This insurance is provided by UPS for lost shipment.

This does not cover lost merchandise or damage to the box.

Those will be carried out according to the Return Policy
6. To receive your order, you must provide a complete and valid mailing address.
7. If you want an exchange, you have to contact us by phone or e-mail within 3 days of receiving the items to
get
RMA CODE(Return Authorization Code).
DO NOT return without RMA, otherwise the merchandise will be refused at our shipping dock and returned back to customer.
The items should be in original package When you are returning the items that do not have problems indicated as our responsibilities,
you are responsible all of shipping charges and you will be charged 25% for Restocking Fee.
8. When the return is due to our responsibility, you will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.
Also, EZbox will credit you for return shipping.
9. The EZbox has to receive the agreed upon items within 10 days after you receive RMA CODE(Return Authorization Code)

We will promptly send you a replacement only after we receive the agreed upon merchandise.

EZbox will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the item.
And upon inspection, if we do not find any damage as claimed, EZbox will try to contact you.
When EZbox can not get in contact with you within 3 days, we will assume the merchandise has been returned
not because of damage but simply you do not want it.
In that case, you will be charged all the shipping costs and 25% Restocking Fee.
10.Custom made items are not returnable, unless it's defective(does not pertain to imprinting) or broken during shipping.
