Shopping Information
1."Google Checkout™" provides your payment, billing and shipping information to participating merchants from whom you buy goods or services
2. EZBOX delivers only domestic U.S.
3. If your order is received before 3 PM. (EST), it will be
processed the same day. If you use your Credit Card(Payment by Google
Checkout™), it will take 24 hours or less, to verify the information and to
start the shipping process.
4. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us by phone or e-mail within 3 days of receipt of merchandise for instructions
5. Custom made items are not returnable, unless it's defective(does not pertain to imprinting) or broken during shipping.
6. Custom stamps are available with starting price of $40.00. Your stamp will be save for future orders.
All custom logo stamps will require the customers approval before it's made.
Lead time to produce custom stamps are between 2-3 weeks, including proof time.
7.We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses
8.Any orders over $250 invalue will require signature
