How can I imprint our company logo?
1.Register a Stamp with your logo with EZbox. Once you register your logo, we store your Stamp and when you need to reorder, you do not have to pay extra to make a new Stamp.
2.Please Upload your logo and size of your logo in your account
If you do not have the logo in image file, you may upload in Text , then it will be designed in standard font and size.
3.Custom stamps are available with starting price of $40.00. All custom logo stamps will require the customers approval before it's made.
Lead time to produce custom stamps are between 2-3 weeks, including proof time.
4.We will check if the image and the logo are possible to print. It may take up to 2 days.
5.If the logo seems printable, we will fax you the image that is almost the actual size. If you do not have fax, we will send by e-mail. You have to send the response to EZbox to confirm or deny the design with in 24 hours. (if we do not receive the answer within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled.)
If you send in the feedback with the corrected logo, we will resubmit the new design.
6.After you are satisfied with the design, just order your merchandise with quantity indicated and wait for the shipment.
Printing starts within 24 hours after the confirmation of order and usually the printing will be finished in 10 business days.
Once the printing has started, cancellation of order is not possible.
